After watching Teddy strike out multiple times at jock row parties, Kip Carmichael proclaims himself her hairy godmother. There to share his wisdom with the slightly naive Teddy. Though technically Teddy was never out to get herself a man, it doesn’t matter to him. Honestly those first couple interactions are confusing. Kip is very determined, bulldozes his way into her life, and does some serious mansplaining on dating jocks.
Meanwhile Teddy has no idea what is happening when this hairy giant comes to her “aide”. She never asked for his help, but after a short while does start enjoying his company. Being at college, while constantly getting ghosted by your best friend, has left her feeling quite lonely. Unexperienced with men, this sudden friendship with Kip comes as a pleasant surprise.
Though it wasn’t his intention, before Kip realises it, Teddy has settled in quite nicely into his life. He’s definitely not complaining. On the contrary, he doesn’t really now what to with his growing attraction to his new friend. While the lines between friendship and love start to blur, we get to enjoy some sensual, sweet, and sexy moments.
Jock Rule has a great balance of silly dialogue, sweet romance, and strong characters. I loved Kip no BS attitude, and growing caring nature. While Teddy’s sweet personality and her curiosity was so endearing. Sara Ney really gave this two characters a chance to get to know each other first, before things heated up. A pretty perfect NA romance!

(Jock Hard #2)
Kip Carmichael is no pretty boy.
He's a rough. Dirty. Giant. Hair so unruly, and a beard so thick, his friends on the team call him Sasquatch.
The first time Sasquatch lays eyes on Theodora "Teddy" Johnson across the keg at a party one night on Jock Row, she'd been relegated to the sidelines by her jock hungry "friends."
Week-after-week, he watches beautiful but bashful Teddy getting overshadowed, and overlooked. Sasquatch finally broad shoulders his way through the crowd, offering to to be her hairy godmother. But the minute their eyes meet? He's a goner.
Teaching her the RULES for winning a jock will be the easy part. Not falling in love with her is going to be a losing game.
